I think you are off base completely.
The BOT might have ideas but they make decisions as a group and push to that end. Constraints on how far they push - but we have Athletics and the BOT are behind them. I think there’s far more at play than you understand, honestly, more than most of us understand and it has nothing to do with how much the BOT wants sports - and more to do with the climate around social issues, cancel culture…
