Not even saying the options are on par, but options that can provide a reasonable facsimile without creating an uproar?
Add UCF, Cincy, Houston, Memphis and they're at 12. Plus the geography works better (as long as W Virginia stays in).
For me, the best case scenario is that West Virginia leaves the Big 12, but the rest of them decide to stick it out.
