The sad reality is that BYU and Utah knew they were out for their themselves
Oklahoma State actually thought OU would not abandon them.
But the Big 12 lost ATM, Nebraska, and Mizzou. . . And replaces with TCU's minimal fan support and West Virginia (which West Virginia is a good fit minus geography)
Of course the king pins feel like they want out. . . The conference has teams with far less fan support than several G5 teams, just look at the actual TCI home fans during a game against either Kansas or Iowa State and you will see that UT and OU bring in most the money
Side note. . . Now that T Boone Pickens has passed away I am unsure how much money OK State has coming in.
