Big 12 should take BYU and UCF now, but for football only. Add Cincy and Houston
in 2025, as full members.
This way, the Big 12 maintains 10 football members and sufficient inventory to satisfy its existing contract with FOX and ESPN...and, the Big 12 leftovers enjoy the financial windfall from the Texas and Oklahoma exit fees and NCAA credits (not having to share any of this $$ with the football-only newbies), and have BYU and UCF "take a haircut" on their share of the media deal.
