The stupid weather alert came on here in Utah and blocked out the whole review process. They initially overturned the review and then Canada complained and they overturned their overturn?

Usually in that type of situation, if the ref really feels it's not clear, they just replay the point. Makes no sense.

Watch the sand sitting on the tape. It jumps straight up and lands back on tape
