Sand on top of the tape bounced up. That means it touched the tape and should have been in. I don't know how you can challenge the challenge and get it overturned. I also didn't hear the commentary because of the ill-timed weather alert.

Usually in that type of situation, if the ref really feels it's not clear, they just replay the point. Makes no sense.

Watch the sand sitting on the tape. It jumps straight up and lands back on tape
