Meh. All that was really said there was that they don't have a set timetable and
they haven't reached out to any specific schools about expansion (or at the very least they don't want to acknowledge they have so many talks have likely been informally at most).
It doesn't mean they haven't had discussions about expansion internally and it doesn't mean they don't already have an idea about what direction they want to go or who they would invite, etc.
