You have a hard time separating China from the PRC. They're not the same.
The Chinese culture is thousands of years old. China has been a unified country in some sense for millennia. The current regime does not determine culture.
This is ingrained in history (remember Mulan), religion (Taoism and Buddhism), and philosophy (Confucianism). Chinese culture revolves around society, and has for literally thousands of years.
Look, I get it, you hate China. But you need to distinguish between 'China' and communist China. The Chinese are not an enemy.
