Costa Vida stole everything from Cafe Rio, and another restaurant’s name.

I grew up in St. George attending the original Cafe Rio. It was upsetting to go to what was then Costa Azul (now Costa Vida) and see the exact menu, ordering process, meats, sauces, dressings, etc. It was mind blowing. Now both restaurants have added and changed menus over 20 years and there are more differences.
