First, congratulations on the win against Utah!

Mac Engel is a TCU hack writing for the Ft Worth Star Telegram. TCU and Houston would do nothing for the PAC12. They certainly won’t deliver the DFW and Houston markets. With the Big12 staying intact, and with the news of the Alliance, the PAC12 doesn’t need these two. This is Engel trying to make TCU look desirable.
