to the line to allow the sub to happen until it was too late. He wasn't paying attention. You can see him running up tot the center to stop the play, but the ball was already being hiked. Had the ref realized he was supposed to hold the snap earlier, we wouldn't have this issue. I blame the ref. He should have held us from snapping the ball until the sub had finished.
