and the rules allow players to get into position before the ball is snapped. I like it to keep people fresh and get beneficial match ups based on offensive personnel. It does need to be streamlined with less confusion


Also can the defensive players come up wirh a different sign of ‘what’s the defensive call’ while looking at the sideline other then the universal sign for ‘I have no clue what’s going on’……hands to either side, palms up, arms moving up and down lol. It doesn’t instill confidence in the fans. 😃
