Living in Arizona for 25 years I have only met a few.

It is a fair-weather state, so that might have something to do with it. Seriously though, almost none have a real understanding of the national picture. I cheer for both zona schools against Utah, but their fans make me want them to be mediocre. Not that that is a problem in general.
