They're operating under an old linear tv model. If those additions can get the struggling P12 Network onto cable packages in those 2 huge markets it may be worthwhile financially. But make no mistake, those team have very little fan interest in those huge markets. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I personally don't think Houston is much of a loss at all for the BigXII. TCU would be though IMO - if nothing else for the quality they bring to the field most seasons.
