Saying something neutral or positive about another school is not being a fan?
Its possible to be a loyal Cougar fan and still take reasonable positions with respect to other schools and teams. I do that occasionally here when I think some people are losing a bit of perspective. And here I'm not even advocating being pro-UVA — I'm just saying that Bronco isn't doing anything wrong.
But perhaps you disagree since you seem to like to suggest that people who try to see things from a somewhat objective view aren't really fans:
