Keep in mind that the housing rules are still in place per the Honor Code (i.e.
no coed housing, etc.) the "restrictions" that were in place before are still there. The onus is simply on the students to abide by it and no longer on the apartment complexes to enforce it (which is really how it should have been all along IMO). At least that's how I interpret this announcement.
