I question that this is good. They put warning labels on things and this is not

the first such death. What about the case made it a win for them? To be clear that is heart-breaking and I feel for them, but if I don't switch mine to cordless right now should I be able to win against my blind company even after they have a warning and I see that it can happen? I also like seeing people get money, but rarely am I happy it is from a lawsuit. Does anyone know the specifics of why they won?
