Can't even imagine what I'd do if this were my kid.

Accidentally hitting them under 'normal' driving conditions would be tragic enough. But to do so while you are in the act of harassing the cyclists is terrible.

I feel for the parents of this kid... and the cyclists.

If this kid is not old enough to be cited/charged/arrested, he should not be behind the wheel.

No amount of paint is going to keep the peds and bikes in their designated lanes. Any attempt to do that is misguided.

Riding UP the canyon on the PRP is OK. Riding DOWN the canyon on the trail is more dangerous than being on the road.
