Roads for cars, sidewalks for pedestrians, and bike paths for cyclists. Other countries do this with great success.

No amount of paint is going to keep the peds and bikes in their designated lanes. Any attempt to do that is misguided.

Riding UP the canyon on the PRP is OK. Riding DOWN the canyon on the trail is more dangerous than being on the road.
