Taylor had been hitting long fly balls all series and I figure LA had a good chance to get at least a sac fly out of him and another critical run. I can't figure out what he was trying to achieve. The chances of a bunt single there were slim and you likely give up a second out that takes the sac fly off the table. I haven't looked to see if he commented on it postgame but it was bizarre to me.
