The government is one of the largest employers in the country. What is the
legal argument for why the government shouldn’t be able to protect their thousands of employees and customers with safety measures like a vaccine?
I get the idea of personal “liberty,” but there are limits to that concept, and public safety is one of those. It’s why auto insurance is mandated by law.
