Jay Rick Intervention Needed
It’s really core exercise you want. Here are two:
Lay on your back, lift your knees to your chest as far as you can - not pulling them with your hands.

Hold for 30. Do multiple reps.

Another: lay on your back, flat. Try to press your low back flat against the ground - imagine there’s something under your low back and you’re smashing it with your low back. Now lift your feet up off the ground and hold for 30.
