Hang in there, brother.
Having a baby in grad school is challenging enough (my first was born right before my second year of grad school began), and your challenges are far greater than mine ever were. Prayers for your family, especially your wife and unborn baby!

My parents had a SB baby born 6 weeks premature (my younger brother), and I saw what my parents had to go through during his first few years. You are very blessed to have your baby at a time when they can perform in-utero repairs, because it makes a massive difference. Had my brother been born 15-20 years later, his quality of life would have been much better. Our close friend has a daughter that was born with SB, and she is now 6 and is doing fantastic. Doctors were able to detect SB and perform surgery in-utero, and it has made all of the difference and she is living a great life!
