The best coaches are the best recruiters. You literally recruit guys that make you look really good or bad. The game
isn’t that complicated — it’s not quantum physics, it’s moving an inflated pig skin over a spray painted line. It just so happens that it’s done with those who are bigger, faster, stronger and more athletic.
