Utah pretty much locks up the Rose Bowl with a loss this week.
Coming from Joe's good friend, here's the deal:
Would you rather Utah go to the Rose as a 3-loss P12 champion, or as a 5-loss P12 loser? I'd prefer they go as the latter.
Yes, I know that they could win this week and lose the CCG and get the Sun Bowl (that would be epic, no doubt), but if they expose Oregon this week the odds of them losing in the CCG go down. I'm ok with a 5-loss P12 loser (who lost to BYU and hasn't been BYU in years) being in the Rose
