Opportunities for players. The players just have to show up and get paid. We have to pay lawyers, accounts, web development. And search for sponsors and events. The players are all on board with this split because the leg work is all done for them. They sign a paper. Shake some hands, sign some autographs, play video games, eat pancakes, etc and then collect a check.

When considering start up costs and time invested by professionals donating resources and time upfront to get this going we will need to do several events like this to break even. But players walk with profits immediately.

I am easily over a couple hundred hours in and a lot of my own personal money into this and am not looking to quit my day job or get rich. This really is about getting players monthly checks instead of one big signing every 6 months.
