That sounds like my trip to the doctor's

had an appointment for 3, got there right on time, and had to fill out the same paperwork I did the last 10 times I came in. stood on the scale, and had my blood pressure read, and then the nurse asked me all of the same questions I just filled out, and I waited another 1/2 hour for the doctor to come in and ask most of the same questions again and give me a prescription.

Has to be a better way.

This is true. I am accustomed to medical offices being late. I am fine with it
