we try and avoid this. Makes patients mad every single time and it is NEVER
their fault. Never.

Problem is, people are like kids, you allow it once and all of the sudden it is a pattern and you get walked over, so it is a balance.

On occasion, if we are super busy and it truly is going to sacrifice others treatment, we will do the, "we will see you for your evaluation today and next visit we will begin the treatment". But I even feel weird doing that, its a definite last resort.
