Created to ensure the money goes where the money "belongs." I wouldn't be surprised to see Cincinnati get bumped to #5 at the end because their "strength of schedule" or some other bogus argument. I highly doubt BYU gets in as an independent because they'd get a large share of the pie and not share it with anyone else. That will be absolutely unacceptable to the powers that be. Now if BYU was undefeated, I think they'd have to let us play, but that isn't the case and they can blather on all day about the Boise or Baylor losses and how they are keeping us out.
