Seen that too. People who are chronically late and avoiding cooking and setup should be happily willing to do the majority of the cleanup and washing duties. If they balk at that, they've been completely exposed for how they roll...

People enable the late-comers. Set a time. Start on time. If they are late - that's their problem. Don't enable them
