Allgeier was completely battered, but so was the USC defense. They had experienced an entire game of hitting TA, and it had taken a toll. A fresh McChesney cut through them like a hot knife through butter. I think that McChesney can be a good player for BYU. Is he a physical battering ram like TA? Probably not. He's experienced significant injuries to both of his knees, so he's likely not going to be a 20+ carry RB. I could foresee a situation next season where Davis is RB1, with McChesney being the 3rd down/changeup back like Katoa was this year. I also believe that they won't be as reliant on a workhorse RB next year because of all of the experience coming back at QB/WR/TE.
