Well, I suspect I have a little more perspective on this.
Not fulfilling a HC’s duties gives rise to insubordination claims and allows the school to void the contract without severance. So I’m gonna say you’re a little off base with that post.
In fairness, you did qualify your post with "if he has a good contract." Meaning a really nonstandard contract that doesn’t exist in real life.
