I get what you're saying about mistakes and accidents, but not sure i understand
what you mean by it not being the result of culpability. Even if it's a mistake or an accident, the person who made the mistake is still culpable i.e., responsible. I get what you're saying about maybe the problem being accelerated by overfilling the transmission.

The thing about this family, is that they aren't very close to the rest of the family. I'm the one that has the best relationship with them, and was trying to use his mechanic skills as a way to spend time with him and get them feeling more comfortable with our family.
