I still am hopefully that he will stick with BYU for the long haul, but if he continue to have the success that he is having now at BYU, eventually a big time P5 program will come calling with such money.
I can see Kalani getting a raise up to about $4 million per (that would be the max) when BYU gets to the Big 12, provided he keeps the program on its upward trajectory, but if he does keep winning even in the Big 12, its very probable that a blue blood program will come calling and offer him such money.
Hopefully BYU will pony up and Kalnai will be more like Lavell and know that he's got a great thing here at BYU and that more money is not necessarily better.
