Been thinking a lot about this post.
My question is this:
Does a bowl have the right to say “pass” instead of selecting a team from the conference they’re affiliated with?
I’m pretty certain the Guaranteed Rate bowl would jump at the chance to pass on Maryland, Penn State, or Purdue and take BYU instead.
But can they?
