Not sure how someone could take it that long.
Eventually, benedryl usually starts to have the opposite effects...kind of wires you up.

Use melatonin instead. There’s evidence it helps prevent Alzheimer’s, as a side benefit.

I haven't found that it helps me to stay asleep, which is usually my problem
