anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, and anti-histamines first. That said, I don't think many docs would recommend using benadryl or other antihistamines for sleep on a regular basis.

Use melatonin instead. There’s evidence it helps prevent Alzheimer’s, as a side benefit.
