He’s been good, but I will point out that there has been significant inflation in passing efficiency over the years
For example, who had a better season:
(1) QB Efficiency = 150, NCAA Avg = 155
(2) QB Efficiency = 140, NCAA Avg = 125
(1) QB Efficiency = 150, NCAA Avg = 155
(2) QB Efficiency = 140, NCAA Avg = 125
