No, NLI. NLI= National Letter of Intent

NLI is what binds an athlete to a school prior to official enrollment. An aid agreement is just a scholarship commitment between the athlete and the school. Since Kingsley in eligible to sign an NLI, the aid agreement is the only option and is not binding for the athlete to come to the given school.
