(The Missouri Extermination Order..)

They list like 4 or 5 reasons why the Mormons deserve to be exterminated and all but one or two of them have to do with the mormons integration of freed blacks and "corrupted mullatoes" as an equal member of their society giving them equal place in the ministry.... The other ones not related to race were thigns like "they believe they can speak directly to God and receive revelations from heaven". lol that kind of stuff...yup...extermination worthy.

I just thought it was funny when she was going off about mormons being racist and that she was from missouri and yet she was ignorant that my ancestors literally died at hauns mill for abolitionist views and because of the integration of blacks in missouri.

Again, this was decades upon decades before it's time. To say nothing that Utah was one of the first states to allow women to vote (behind Wyoming) and had to revoke that privilege to women in order to gain admission to the Union as a state...womens rights and racial equality were seen as a "mormon cultural problem" and as part of the USA's "demormonizing of America" they set out on a path to eliminate all of that in Utah and along the mormon cooridor.

I wanted to see if she understood that conveniently forgotten part of American history which has been replaced with "Mormons are racist" ... how they've managed to sweep this well documented part of history under the rug is beyond me.
