If the fans don’t want it or appreciate it. Let’s not continue to hold on to foolish / outdated traditions just because. I’m not going to watch a knitting concert just because the presenter is a world class knitter and put in thousands of hours to create the coolest stitching ever. I won’t watch it cuz it doesn’t excite me. Same with the band. I don’t think I ever heard a half time show and at the conclusion said to myself, “please keep playing.”

Tastes change and that’s ok. Let’s create something that the fans/more fans can enjoy. Funnel all that energy and effort into something awesome.
