is that they delay tons of flights. I would say that at least 50% of the time I fly Southwest, one of my segments is delayed. Especially if it's a flight later in the evening. I wish I had kept a log. They usually blame it on weather so that they don't have to be accountable for the delay. My flights on Delta are almost never delayed.
