If a patient comes in for an exam and it’s billed out as an exam then that’s one
Thing if he’s accepting cash under the table that’s another. Is that too difficult to understand?
The way the OP states it seemed like he was accepting cash under the table.
So if he’s billing out regular exams tests etc and then it’s his opinion that a mask would aggravate the condition that’s one thing. If he’s writing notes for cash under the table that’s entirely different.
