I believe he would, and I believe it wouldn't be close...
But I believe the coaches would be loyal to Hall and let him finish is last year at BYU. This is going to be Hall's last year at BYU regardless of what eligibility he has remaining. His age is already going to be an issue for most NFL teams, that's going to be impacted even more by him coming back next season.
