I’m not sure about Hall in the NFL. I’m not convinced teams will draft him with
his injuries. He hasn’t had a full season healthy in college football. It’s unrealistic to think he will hold up better in the NFL.
Hall is a good college QB, but he has a lower ceiling as a QB in the NFL vs Dart.
I would take Dart over Hall and so would the talent evaluators. Dart has a .99 rating right now. He would be the highest rated QB to come to BYU since Olsen.
You don’t pass up the third highest rated QB in the country if you’re BYU. This rarely happens.
