Had a horrible VP boss a couple years ago and lost my passion for my job... Went from highly engaged / growing to apathetic (at best). Getting paid well and have a decent work environment now and 'partially recovered' but I haven't yet solved getting my mojo back. Maybe I'm just getting old but still early 40s so a long ways to go!
