Hop on hop off buses are great but I bet it will be too cold. In Feb go to a museum or two. Just pick the ones you
like. I prefer the observatory at the top of the rock. Ok to go there in Feb.
Since you're staying in Midtown and doing Broadway shows I'd recommend pizza at John's of Time Square on 44th st...
and I'd get tacos at Los Tacos #1.
Carmines is great but probably better with more than 2 people. Their portion sizes are huge and designed to share.
I don't like Central Park in the winter nor do I like walking over the Brooklyn Bridge then....
