What about bosses that shut you down and insult you when you come to them

again and again with great ways to improve the business and save money and make more money, but they are technologically and socially inept so they let the business nearly collapse while you struggle to keep it afloat single handed?

Meanwhile, as owner they pay themselves a salary thirty times what the #1 employee makes.
