What the extra cost is for. They’re not difficult to install so I wouldn’t think labor would be $2500. You will need to properly drain the discharge drain if you have a sump pit, but if it’s installed, they will should do that for you. Apparently it is bad juju for it to go in there (I didn’t know that before).
