No. Neither is yet. Though both very likely soon(more so the D3)
JG3 not going TP this off-season would surprise me. But he'll have many good options I'm sure so maybe not BYU.
I know a D3 transfer isn't very exciting, but I think Johnson could show very well on the D1 level.
